Services and fees

At this time I accept the following health insurance plans in California only: Aetna, Medicare, Oscar, Oxford, UnitedHealthcare, Optum. Please contact your insurance carrier for specific policies, deductibles, etc.

I can provide a “super bill” for patients who are paying out of pocket. This can be used in some instances to submit for reimbursement to your PPO plan. Please verify with your insurance to determine the extent of your out-of-network coverage.

Standard fees:

  • Initial evaluation, 60 minutes = $250

  • Individual psychotherapy, 50 minutes = $225

  • Clinical supervision = Rate mutually determined.

As per the No Surprises Act, I will provide a Good Faith Estimate of my services at the beginning of treatment for patients who are paying out-of-pocket. Learn more about a Good Faith Estimate here.
